Subsequently, she broadened her experience as a development consultant – directing capital campaigns, implementing stewardship initiatives, and establishing endowments for churches and schools for seven years. During her five years as Director of Stewardship and Development for the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, she worked with religious institutions to develop and design programs to meet their mission and identify fundraising and stewardship goals. Margaret started Cornerstone Development Strategies with the mission and vision of helping non-profits to thrive, not just survive. With faith and confidence in the community she serves, Margaret designs an individualized program for each client using proven development strategies. She knows that tailoring a campaign to the charisms of the pastor, his leadership team and his parishioners creates a spirit of stewardship that outlasts any single campaign. A shared sense of stewardship allows communities to thrive by exceeding their goals and expanding their mission. |
